MATHCOUNTS (math enrichment)
This class is for mathematically strong 4th graders and all students in 5th grade
or above who are interested in additional math skills training.
MATHCOUNTS
is a national enrichment club and competition program that promotes middle school
mathematics achievement and it inspires excellence, confidence and curiosity through
fun and challenging math programs that promote critical-thinking and problem-solving
skills.
So far, three of our students advanced to the MATHCOUNTS State Competition, and one to the MATHCOUNTS National Competition as Pennsylvania's First Place in Individual Standing.
