MLCCC Chinese Language and Culture Summer Camp in Blue Bell, PA

The MLCCC Chinese Language and Culture Summer Camp in Blue Bell is designed to teach children (ages 4-12) Chinese language skills and cultural knowledge in a hands-on, fun, and active environment. Prior knowledge of Chinese is not necessary.

Our camp is located at Tiferet Bet Israel (map). It is a half-day camp (8am-12pm daily) and it runs from July 6, 2010 to July 30, 2010 for a total of 4 weeks. Each week has a different theme and campers explore the Chinese language and culture surrounding that theme. The 2010 themes are (from week 1 to week 4): Chinese Dragon, Chinese Holidays, Chinese Martial Arts, and Chinese Food - Yum!

Around each theme, we build in lessons in Chinese language and culture, games, projects and crafts. Additionally, we value the importance of being active by incorporating Chinese exercises daily in our program.
