MLCCC'S CHINA LEARNING PROGRAM AT RUSSELL BYERS CHARTER SCHOOL

Given the mission of the MLCCC to serve all Greater Philadelphia families, in January of 2009, the MLCCC partnered with the Board and Administrative Officers of Philadelphia's premier Russell Byers Charter School to offer a 12 program event for their diverse youth.
